This is my...

photography

Photography is a skill I'm still working on. My background in photography started in 2017 when I was employed by Champine Photography in Brookville. The majority of the shooting I did there was at sporting events for high schools in Preble and Montgomery Counties. Ever since then, I have offered photography services through my own business. Enjoy the pictures!

Roll out the wed carpet

This was a wedding done for someone I graduated school with. They reached out only a few days before the actual wedding, and I wasn't sure what the venue looked like. Thankfully, everything worked out and we got some very nice shots out of it!

I was very happy with the way these photos turned out! The bride and groom were down with every pose and picture I thought would look the best, and since at the time I didn't have lighting equipment the sky being overcast was perfect!

gonna need some more womb

These baby announcement pictures were done for my sister-in-law when they were announcing their second child! This was also planned very shortly in advance, but I still believe turned out well.

Like all pieces of work, there are some things I would go back and fix if I could. The main thing I would change is I would bring lighting equipment to the shoot. We only had one ring light to use for this shoot, so it was tough to get the exposure correct. Overall though, I think the edit saved the pictures and this session was a stepping stone to getting where I am now.

I've got your back!

This session was done for a chiropractic office I work very closely with. The staff asked if I could take some updated head-shots for them and I wholeheartedly agreed! Taking head-shots were something I really wanted to break into and start offering.

I am satisfied with how the head-shots turned out, but there are changes I would definitely  make. I am mostly a natural lighting photographer, and unfortunately on this day the sky was clear and the sun was bright. You can see this in the photos, and in hindsight I should have brought some type of bounce or filter to account for that. This session was a learning curve for sure as it was also my first session with my new camera, the Canon M50. Overall though, I think the session turned out well and does the jobs they are supposed to do!

ICE ice baby!

These baby announcement pictures were done for a client in early January. They included her husband and son.

I'm very happy with how these photos turned out! I believe they capture the look and feel I was going for while shooting and demonstrate my camera control while shooting and my editing ability while in post production.

just bussin' around

These pictures were taken in Phillipsburg, OH for a photography class project. This bus was kind of a mystery as no one is quite sure where it came from or what was the purpose of it and soon after these pictures were taken it was hauled away!

These pictures were some of the first photos I have taken that made me feel like an actual photographer! The composition was set perfectly, I was in complete control of the camera and all settings, and the post processing really drew out some of the amazing colors that were on the bus and in the city around it.
